Born in the Uk (Manchester) he went on to play for his home county Lancashire for 8 years. During that time he played a vital role winning the T20 blast in 2015. In 2019 he made the move to the Midlands to play for Leicestershire where he spent 4 years and in his 12 years of professional cricket played over 120 T20 matches with a high score of 99 not out against Yorkshire. Arron also took 50 T20 wickets with an economy of 7.57. Arron a white ball specialist over the years transitioned into coaching with the Royals and specialises in all three facets of the game.
