• Our Personal (1:1) coaching is designed to help players address their specific developmental priorities, whether it be batting, bowling, fielding, wicket keeping, physical skills or decision making and
• Personal coaching is the perfect way to accelerate the learning that is established in our Group Coaching programmes
• It is available for all players regardless of age or ability
• All sessions are staged in our purpose-built academy training facility and may involve bowling machines, video or other equipment as required.  Players must supply their own playing kit, drinks and sun protection
• Personal 1-1 coaching is a fantastic way for players to improve rapidly and receive feedback on their development; our coaches will use video and other methods of feedback to ensure each player can track and monitor their progress
• It can be scheduled by appointment throughout the course of the week to suit
